1. Comprehensive Initial Teleconsultation – $450
Best for: Pets with chronic, complex, or serious conditions such as cancer, autoimmune disease, chronic GI issues, kidney/liver disorders, or severe allergies.
Services included:
Detailed review of your pet’s medical records, diagnostic results, and health history (up to 45 minutes)
60-minute live Zoom consultation with Dr. Seo to evaluate current health and gather additional insights
Customized post-consultation care plan based on up to 1.5 hours of in-depth research, including integrative strategies and practical next steps for your pet’s needs
Optional add-on ($200): Customized home-cooked diet plan formulated for your pet’s condition
2. Preventive Wellness Teleconsultation – $360
Best for: Healthy pets or those with mild concerns. Ideal for proactive pet parents seeking natural wellness guidance.
Services included:
Review of your pet’s medical history, lifestyle, diet, supplements, and vaccine records
60-minute live Zoom consultation with Dr. Seo
Holistic education on preventive care and natural approaches to common health concerns
Natural strategies for flea, tick, and heartworm prevention
Tailored guidance on a vaccine approach that fits your pet’s needs
Note: This service does not include diagnostic review or detailed treatment planning
3. Follow-Up Holistic Teleconsultation (up to 30 minutes) – $230
Eligibility: Available to clients who have completed a Comprehensive Initial or in-person consultation with Dr. Seo within the past 4 months.
Services included:
30-minute live Zoom consultation with Dr. Seo to re-evaluate your pet’s current condition
Re-evaluation of the treatment plan with adjustments based on your pet’s progress, new symptoms, or diagnostic updates
Holistic review and discussion of any ongoing or emerging health concerns
Up to 1.5 hours of targeted post-consultation research as needed for your pet’s condition
Follow-up communication via email to deliver recommendations and answer brief follow-up questions
Optional Add-On: Personalized Diet Plan
Single pet: $200
Additional pet (same household): $120 each
Fee is waived for pets enrolled in a care package.
Tailored, home-cooked diet recipes designed by Dr. Seo for pets with specific medical needs.
Multi-Session Care Packages
Ideal for pets with complex conditions requiring continued support. Packages are valid for 6 months and include diet formulation at no extra charge.
All follow-up sessions are up to 30 minutes.

Payment & Cancellation Policies
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance will be processed automatically after the consultation is completed.
Deposit Requirement:
We accept most major forms of payment, including Zelle and credit cards. Please note that for teleconsultations, Zelle is preferred due to occasional technical limitations with processing credit card payments remotely.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a penalty.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 20% cancellation fee (e.g., $100 for a 1-hour consult, $60 for a 30-minute consult).
